    This multi desination tour combines the historical city of Luang Prabang, the Plain of Jars site at Xiengkhouang and the pleasant capital of Vientiane. Although a small country, Laos is rich with attractions, culture and mystery. Laos preserves its unique heritage, the tradition of the daily procession of the offerings of alms to nearly 200 monks at dawn in Luang Prabang, is an attraction in itself. The AncientPlain of Jars and bizarre Buddha Park are intriguing sites; their functions and origins remain mysteries.





    On arrival at the airport, our guide will wellcome you in outside and then pick up you  to your hotel in Luang Prabang, is the best- preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. The tranquility and charm of this town with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights makes it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos.

    After a short rest, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai. A visit to Luang Prabang would be incomplete without ascending 329 steps to the top of Phousi Mountain for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa and to enjoy a beautiful sunset view of the city and its glowing reflection on the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a selection of handmade textiles made by the local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

    An optional, If you wake up in the early morning, you will have the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (often in the form of sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the ritual. You can also visit Phousi Market in the morning where you canl see such diverse offerings as dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, vegetables and hill-tribe weavings.

    In the morning, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. Then we board a cruise along the stream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a panaromic view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Cave, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the small village - Ban Xanghai village, where the local rice wine is distilled and so you can try drink it, it's so interested for you.

    After lunch we continue going to Khouangsi Waterfall, en route, we visit the local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, Ban Ou, Laoloum and Ban Thapene villages, and then drive to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall.   Here you can take a dip in the inviting pools or walk along the forest trails surrounding the waterfall. 

    We return to Luang Prabang and continue to Ban Xangkhong village, a village well known for silk hand weaving and for traditional Saa Paper making. We return to the city to watch the sunset at Wat Siphouthabath in the late afternoon.

    After breakfast you will be picked up you to discover Xieng Khouang province. On the way, we will drive through beautiful mountain scenery to Xieng Khouang, a province of Laos famous for its ‘Plain of Jars’.  There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and visit the numerous villages to learn about real life of the Lao people along the way. 

    Arrive Xieng Khoang,  we check in the hotel and the evening is free leisure time for you to discover the Night's Xieng Khouang by yourself.

    8h00.  We depart for visiting the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site encompassing hundreds of large stone jars scattered throughout the plateau.

    In the afternoon there will be time to see the old capital of Muang Khoun Province and its' near by villages which are home of the Hmong hill tribe and Tai Dam people who possess an interesting local culture and a vibrant history.

    Then we transfer to the airport and flight Vientiane. On arrival we check in hotel. After short rest, we will visit the Morning Market and Ban Nong Bouathong, is the weaving village, and you will have time for learning about traditional weaving.

    DAY 5:   VIENTIANE - CITY TOUR    (B, - )


    After breakfast, we see the major sights of the capital:  including the oldest temlpe Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image.

    On the way to Lao’s national icon, is the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop enroute to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph.

    In the afternoon we transfer out to see Buddha Park, an enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside meadow, close to the Friendship Bridge. There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk while spreading his philosophy in the life and revealing his ideas about the universe. A spectacular view of over the Mekong River at sunset is a perfect way to finish the day.

    DAY 6:   VIENTIANE - DEPARTURE    (B, - )

    After breakfast, you will be transfer to the airport for our departure flight. If time permits we will visit the Morning Market, and so you will know more about the life style of Lao people.

    The tour ends after your transfer to Wattay airport for departure.
